very small wire wheels

Here's my latest model at 25/25micron with 20micron layers printed in Proto.

The car wheelbase is 32mm and the spokes are drawn at 0.1mm. However the wheels were over exposed to get a reasonable success rate so they will be somewhat fatter than that. The steering wheel is also ridiculously fine.

You can read more about this here:

Otherwise, here are a few more images:

Awesome!
I just read through your blog as well!
Brilliant job on the wheels! Are you printing them at an angle or horizontal to the build plate?

The wheels are printed vertically as you see them with no support. I generally put 0.1-0.2mm of -ve Z on them. This creates a small flat on the bottom which kind of simulates weight on the tyres.

I've been working on mk2 of this model which I'll share in due course.

Thanks for the feedback
