No. I don't think 10 microns would be worth the extra time. Also, you run into different issues. Probably will need a lot more supports for those super thin layers.

I think it will finish fine at .20. Right now the piece has around 150 supports though many of them are super tiny .20-.30 in diameter located on the inside of the piece. I took a pair if cheap cutters and modified them to make the tips almost like little needle to nip off the tiny supports. they work pretty goo but you still cant cut them flush as sometimes you get a little divot where they attach. Most of them I cut about 1/10 of a mm from the piece and use a pumice wheel to smooth them out.

Thanks I thought it might be good to show the difference between the two. It is quite noticeable. It will make a difference in clean up after casting.
