Small Feather

Sorry the pictures are not fantastic. This was just to see how small the individual lines on the feather could be and still have them turn out. Not a bad little machine.

I am excited to try the emerald. But i bought $700 worth of black and cherry before Thanksgiving and need to get through my last bottle of cherry before i grab some emerald.

Cool!

Have you tried the black on the Solus? Any idea of the exposure times?

I haven't tried it yet. My B9 has been demoted to only black with low resolution for times when the customer wants to see a model quickly.

If you knew a starting point with the black i would be happy to do some tweaking and experimenting.

For 30micron Z and 25xy, try about 2000 for the exposure, 12000 for the base exposure and see how that works. Decrease it a little if you get overexposure, or increase it a little if you get partial fails.

Don't forget to make a copy of a profile file, or copy over the g-codes from the default profile if you're gonna make a new profile from inside CW.

Impressive print Darrin. 150 micron lines. That's not bad at all. ;)
