Got the SolusCast in and I'm sticking to my true form of something going wrong... hah. First print was 25xy 25z and it looks like a layer didnt quite attach like the film was too tight (Had the same tension i used to print in the emerald so idk)

The second print it looks like a few supports didnt attach to the base which caused the failure. I ran it at 25xy 10z all default settings for the SolusCast. I checked RGB and it is set to Full Range although the base bleed looks like it isnt?

I am running another print at 25xy 30z with the z lift height increased to 3 to see if that'll help

The 10z is not really designed for large prints. Mostly for flat pieces like pendants that otherwise would should a lot of growth rings.

Imagine holding a really thin piece of paper from the edge. It will bend. You need a lot more supports for 10z because of how incredibly thin and fragile those layers are.

Stick to 25z for that piece. Even 30z should be good enough.

If you see that some supports don't stick or don't form, you may need to raise the exposure time a bit. Most likely the bulb on your projector is getting old.

Also increasing the Z lift distance to 3 or 4 for large objects or large area prints is probably a good idea. That can help if your film is a little loose and lifts up and doesn't separate from the layer in time.
