They have a suggested burnout schedule on their site. I haven't casted it myself. Might want to contact Shane from Makerjuice.

Tried casting with the MJ Waxcast resin and had pretty bad results. We used the recommended burnout schedule that was on their site. Cured the model in a UV box on and off for 8-12 hours and it seemed to be fully cured.

I would contact Shane Graber from MakerJuice.

I've been hearing a lot of the same from other customers. Thinner pieces cast ok with WaxCast, but thicker pieces don't turn out too well. This is following their recommended burnout.

While my surface finish wasn't as bad as your casting, I had more voids in my casting than normal. I probably need to run the high temp phase longer or be extra vigilant about getting ash out of the flask.

Shane mentioned previously that there were water-soluble additives that would help with casting, but I can't say that I've seen the benefit just yet. Maybe I needed to run my Plasticast at the 36:100 water ratio. I found even 38:100 to be really thick and started to thicken too quickly for my tastes.

Unimpressed with MakerJuice! They send me an open bottle and haven't gotten back to me about it yet!
Resin all over the inside of the package.

Having an interesting type of failure here... It looked like the print came out alright but when I went touched it it wasnt all solid. Has anyone had something like this happen to them?
