Incredible SOLUS

Hi everyone
I was looking for a 3Dprinter for printing large and delicate bracelets.
This is art of Solus:
It was printed in 42xy and 25z in seven hours with yellow resin.
It was casted with prestige optima investment.
It came out really nice and smooth.

Very impressive, could you share your curing process and was the prestige optima a standard casting process?

Yes. I used my normal burnout cycle and cast with vacuum and argon pressure in 18k gold.
My curing process was simple.I washed model in alcohol for 1 minute then wash it under water and again rinse with alcohol.
Then two hours curing under uv light.
I attached optima pdf.

Wow, only two hour uv curing is enough? Were there any blisters on your casting? I really appreciate you sharing information.

That was enough for this model. It has really thin parts in it.
No there wasn't any blisters on it. It was really like wax. With no ashes left in mold.
Just you have to choose right investment then right mixture with water and vacuum it well before and after pouring it in flask.
Then leave flask for at least three hours.

Hi, how is the separate force on your first 10 bottom layers? Is there any popping sound? Thanks.

Yes. As the model was large it took a large space for its base support. So it has popping sound But just in first layers.
Initial layer exposure time was 25 and other layers 5.8
With Z lift distance 4.
