Great machine once I found out that the microfiber cloths I purchased at walmart vision center was contaminating my film/glass interface.

Thanks, While i don't usually agree with cast-in mill grain, the customer absolutely insisted on mill-grain on the curly bits. I think it's small tragedy that a ring of this caliber has Chinese looking mill-grain.

How'd you figure out that your micro fiber cloth was contaminating your film/glass?
I've been using micro fiber to clean also, and hadn't occurred to me that it could lead to problems.

My film was getting a lot of sticktion and the air bubble look no matter how clean I tried to make it. When drying out my microfiber cloth after a futile session of cleaning, I noticed rings where the dye in the cloth had lift and moved. It was where I squirted the IPA on it, leaving rings. Like the capillary experiments you may have done in high school where you separate the colors in inks. I temporarily switched over to paper towels (I know, a big no-no) and the sticktion went away. I have some pec-pads on order now. Lesson learned, use something pure, clean, un-dyed, non scratch and disposable.
