Hi Just Bob,

Really amazing 3d print!
I purchased the solus ( haven't use it yet), and very excited to be able to print with tiny thickness accuracy.
I would like to put my brand signature on my design.
I am just wondering what is the smalest line width that I can use for a letter.
In your design, it seems to be around 0.1mm.
It would be great if you can share your esperience on it.
For information, I don't use a Jewelry 3D Software. I am a Blender user.

Thank you for your time.

Very nice Bob. I to have had a run on hollow beads and slides. I will post a few pics when I get a chance. Looks like your shell is about 1mm? I have been doing one mm shell with 100% success. I am printing all the slides and bead without supports if there is a flat surface. Mark

I am curious as well. I try to put my makers mark and metal in the prints, using emerald but they never seem to turn out near as well as yours. I'm not sure if I get trapped air during investing, not getting clean burnout, not using the correct mixture ratio, or if investment breaks down during cast.

Using
Emerald
Plasticast with heavy powder to water
vacuum casting
I burn out to 1420F for 3hrs
