That is pretty small. I have used micro supports on a few pieces and was amazed how well they print.

Make sure to focus really really sharp. Using a USB microscope like this one would be better than eyeballing it, but I don't have one. https://www.amazon.com/Plugable-Microsc ... 00XNYXQHE/
Keep lowering the exposure time with the Proto resin until it fails then climb up until you get the print. This was printed at 0.5s exposure at 25xy30z.
