My Solus arrived today,I ordered it just before the JCK show . I already have the projector and resin. I just need to do the set up.

I have had a b9 creator V1.2 for close to two years. I also have a 4 axis CNC Minitech mill which is going on 9 years old.

Goldsmith for 35 years, I started voung! I cast my own prints and well as the CAD to finished piece.

Looking forward to getting some new prints, My b9 is still working well. I will probably set it up for 50 X Y build table so I can do some larger pieces.

Good morning fellow travelers. Got to say Solus is the best find in a long time. Just got my projector in, aligned everything yesterday evening. When I got in this morning I had 3 beautiful rings waiting for me. They look awesome and I have been told that I am very picky.

Hi guys/girls

I'm a bench trained goldsmith with 15 years (to date) experience a the bench and 9 years with 3D printing technology.

I completed a traditional apprenticeship then went to uni/college and did a BA in jewellery design, focusing on technology. After graduating I worked for a well-know 3D printing and jewellery casting house based in Birmingham, UK.

I've ran and maintained the following, in this order: Roland JWX 3 axis wax mill > 3D Systems Viper > Solidscape > Formlabs Form 1+ > Projet1200 (current printer).

I've been self employed for the last 6 years, running my own luxury pen and accessories brand - http://www.jackrow.com - and teach Rhino to private clients. I am also an occasional visiting lecturer at the School of Jewellery in Birmingham (Birmingham City University).

Looking forward to getting my new toy!
