Indeed formlabs grey resin can take lots of heat and pressure, and surprisingly it gets very detailed prints. This models was made with formlabs.

I use the green to mold , but I RTV not vulcanize , I find that rtv'ing the proto causes a chemical reaction that ruins the mold , WC can also rtv mold but I think he green molds better , I have heard of some people vulcanizing with the green

Use castaldo pink rtv mold. That's what some of our clients use and it works just fine. Make sure the prints are properly cured.

I purchased the castaldo pink LiquaCast rtv mold in order to test it with solus proto resin.

Could you help me to succed to make my jewelry models castable with Solus + Making mold?

1/ «Make sure the prints are properly cured»:
8h in an UV Nail Lamp
+8h in an UV Nail Lamp in the other side after removing supports
Is it sufficient or too much?

2/ Leave the print within some baby powder for a few hours as Reify said in a post.

3/ Mold making at ambiant temperature. By the way it will be make by my lost-wax casting services partner who has never used castaldo pink rtv mold.

Do you think this process should work and do you have any advice about it?

I do think you have to cure it way good before you try and mold it , I wish there was a solution that used clear RTV , that's what I need , I cant use it unless it's clear , but I would like to see you results

We send all our mold to a company in New York. The molds are always well defined and nicely cut. as an alternative, you can you this. https://www.stuller.com/video/watch/59556/

I agrre with M-Williams. The Pink Castaldo LiquaCast works fine with Proto Solus resin.
For the moment I follow the curing process as describe in my previous post.
But I will try to reduce UV curing time if necessary.
