Likin Me Some Green

Postby lklutts » Tue Feb 23, 2016 6:42 pm

This green resin is great. The following pictures are the bases after burnout, Then the pieces after a little scrubbing. I use plasticast, eyeballed mix as usual. I will have pictures after the devester (that stuller no longer sells) it is hydrochloric acid and the tumbler in a little while. No hairspray, no rustoleum. I sprayed it with the vacuum release spray that we use on wax. The flask with the rings is whiter, smaller piece, maybe just an increase in length of high temp could burn this out. No vacuum on either piece. I will post my burnout schedule.

Nice Len ! Give the Emerald a try in 20z. All you have to do is change the z thickness to .020. Mark
