Ok. So I did some experimenting with the Anti-Aliasing function of CW (many people from another forum argue that AA is a waste of time).

Here is an interesting comparison photo that proves otherwise.

The exposure times are:
cherry 25z - 2.6s
cherry 30z - 2.8s
spota 30z - 1.6s

Print times are:
cherry 25z - 2hrs and 45min
cherry 30z - 2hrs and 3min
spota 30z - 1hr and 15min

25 microns.

It seems the 30 microns z 4 AA print is cleaner than its respective 25 microns version or is the picture a bit deceiving?

The 25 microns is sharper. 30 microns is smoother because of the way Anti-aliasing works.
