I would like to mention once more that the yellow resin casts great. Curing is primordial to any successful casting.

I have seen people struggling with white gold casting.Though one major thing they always neglect is they must have 1/2 ratio of fresh white gold.

Good job on the print and cast, Bob. Thank you for sharing.

By the way, Emil. I was about to ask you about that flashing around the base like the last pic that Bob posted. I got the Dynamic Range problem resolved on my laptop by installing the third party toggling software in the link that you and Mark sent me. However, I still got that flashing around the base. and it happens to me even with the b9 Emerald by itself. I think it is because of the 3500 Lumen that my Vivitek HD913 has instead of 2000 Lumen. Right now my bottom exposure is 16000. How much do you think I should lower it? Thank you.

Bob, I see some flashing around the bases on the last photo. Try lowering your bottom layer exposure a bit and it should get rid of that flashing.

Keep lowering it until the flashing goes away.

Thanks for sharing Bob!
Did you make a 50:50 mix with the emerald and the MJ wax cast ? And how did you cure the prints? Microwave and UV?

I have found the combo of green and makerjuice to be very strong. It doesn't appear to need as many supports. The bamboo band is over 16mm wide and I have 1 row of supports in the center

Would the same method apply for cherry 50:50? With adjusted base and layer exposure?
