I think for a ring oriented horizontally and close to the build plate, you should try increasing the exposure buffer time. This buffer time is the amount of delay before the exposure starts and for a print like that, there's a good chance the resin will still be flowing out the central cavity when the exposure starts. In Contour, the default is 1 second and I suggest increasing it to 2.

In CW it's called lift and sequence time and you can increase it from 6000 to 7000ms.
