Fail ring print with B9 Emerald

What are the settings for Emerald green. I have not been able to print a ring with out fail. I've add more support than the video and still fail. Any suggestions?

It was a bad mesh, lots of non-manifold edges. I suspect that was your problem.

It is a good idea to check all models before printing with netfabb. The basic version is free and it will save you a lot of headaches.

I'm almost there. Most of the ring printed correctly. I tried twice. See attachment. Any suggestions,
