Resin Storage

Does anyone know if resins reacts to certain plastics?
I've been storing small portions of used resin in Polypropylene bottles that I've been re-using.
The resin itself comes in an High-density polyethylene (HDPE) bottle.

Wondering if it might be affecting my resin.

Good question on compatibility. The resin itself is a solvent against other plastics like acrylic. Some resins are more aggressive than others. I should probably flip over my resin bottles from B9 to see what the recycle number is on it. ;)

For intermediate storage, I use amber glass bottles (500 ml?) for holding my "in use" resin since the glass will not react with the resin.

HDPE should work. Or glass and aluminum bottles.

Came across some pretty nice resin containers.
There's a weed dispensary on the same floor of the building I'm in, and a sales rep was selling UV proof containers for weed storage.
After looking at them, they seemed perfect for resin storage.
Made of glass, air tight, UV proof and wide lid so I can really get in there and mix it up. Better than other containers I've seen online, so I nabbed a couple.

Gonna shamelessly plug these guys in case anyone else might be interested.
Little on the pricey side, but they work great so far. 30$ for the larger container in the pic, think the smaller one was 15$.

Those look cool. I worked in the glass industry for a long time so I can appreciate a nice glass container :)
