New MADESOLID CastSolid for Solus

Been working for a while with the guys from MadeSolid on helping them test/cast their castsolid formula. This is a brand new formula that will be available soon. The original formula would not print so well on the Solus because of how powerful our projector and setup is. There was lots of z-bleed.

This the latest formula is specifically tuned for the Solus.

Casting results will come at the end of the week. Have high hopes for this one.

It's great to see finally more castable resin choices being available. More to come.

p.s. One downside is, that because it's transparent, it's difficult to photograph.

Looks good. Maybe use a Sharpie marker on the inside of ring to give contrast.

I guess it is a resin casting.
What is the cost of the new resin is designed for Solus 3d.

Just came across a new resin from asiga "SuperWAX" supposedly it act like a regular wax did any body tried it yet ?

If it's available on their website, wondering if it is the same as Monger used? Did they make a special one for him to try?

NO CLUE, Would be nice to know, resin options would be nice, as most my build problems have been mentioned as B9 Cherry resin.

They wanted a commitment in order to make a Solus version. We decided to pass and left the decision up to them. Not sure if they are selling the new version of cast solid yet.
