I wanted to thank all of you who placed the order for the resin. Thank you for your support, it is much appreciated!

We are working hard to start the production, bottle the resin and send it to you guys as soon as possible.

There has been a slight delay with customs on one of the ingredients, and that's all we're waiting on right now.

We should be receiving it by the end of the week, and start shipping the resin early next week.

Thank you all for your patience!

I have been absent for a bit. I did a test on beta back around Christmas. So how is the best way to cure this new resin?

The new resin cures very well under 405nm lights for about 1-2 hours. Make sure to cure all the sides of the print well. Longer cure is recommended for thicker pieces.
We have used the curing unit we sell for all testing (http://www.junction3d.com/buy/led-light-cure-box), however any 405nm led lights will work as long as they are strong enough (30-50w). Weaker light will need longer cure times obviously.

Curing in water works well also, but it's recommended to cure for 30 min first without water then in water, to avoid the white residue from ipa reacting with water.

Heat curing (or annealing) works well also in combination with UV curing. Also microwaving in water, which is similar to heat curing.

I have similar box with about 40.0 mW/cm², would that equate out to about 25 min total cure time?

The longer cure times (1-2 hours at least) usually result in better casting.

I got email that my order shipped.

Artcat Check with your dealer. I believe it will be available from a post I read.

The resin should be available in Europe around the beginning of September.
