I cut off the hard to reach support of 0.5mm drills .... Side edge ...

I do it under the microscope and can be very precise to cut off the support

hello everyone,
sorry for delay near my house area we have power problems..
Result very very bad. Investement in cool water 40/100 SRS cadcast without boric powder....
bench sit 48hours
165C-3h
550C-2h
780C-7h
casting temp 620-630c which i always do on silver and gold....

SILNOVA-02 Silver was used it gives smooth casting but this time it not good.

round, oval and cushion casting investment mixed with 2% boric powder....

all castable resin i must flip flask up & down for vaccum then return back in oven for 2-3hours @ 780c

b9 resin no problem while casting.....i have another 3rd door in SC resin what do you advice next...

i really like to see my casting like others doing with SC resin....

That window looking design has a lot of wax sprues. How do those wax sprues look in that cast? Are they smooth and clean or are they flawed too. If they are flawed like the SC cast then you have an issue apart from SC.

Door design facing up under water glass bowl, supports are down, after support removing i always do curing with water 1h & 1h without water..

I also have this type of problems "craking" but in the resin model, since I got the new version of contour,
Is there a way to go back to the older version?
