you want to rinse in alcohol just enough to get the liquid resin off. Then in dawn dish soap and water for a couple of minuets. Then cure.

You say you remove the cap. Are you talking about the rubber base that the flask sets in?

For my b9 yellow, I just rinse in three separate containers with iso. alcohol and then cure in water for a few minutes in the b9 cure machine.. perfect castings. I never tried the water/soap (much cheaper than wasting alcohol) - will give it a try.

Great job, Bob! Your castings look wonderful! Mark's too! I just wanted to ask though. Is there a real difference between the green and yellow when it comes to casting? Bob, I am so surprised you casted that at 700 degrees! It's always a pleasure to see so much love on this forum. Thank you guys!
