@rkundla - This is awesome! I appreciate you sharing this!

I noticed that in addition to drying the investment......the dropping of top out temp is at 540 degrees per hour to casting temp. I've been dropping the temp at full. Is this a critical error? I mean, I turn the oven on at night and cast in the morning, I don't see that it would be such a big deal. Unless it's affecting the investment by cooling it too fast....but what do I know, I'm just a noob LOL

Well folks! I discovered that my casting techinic is not the issue, nor the investment......it was all about the cure! I got the melody susie and cured each side for 10 minutes of 60 second stop and go. Afterwards, I found that my models were rock hard. I microwaved them and invested them as per Mark's (archem) instructions. The band and pendant I casted came out really good. I took pictures of the pendant for you guys to see. The thing I found after curing it in the melody susie and mine is that when I cut the supports they didn't shatter, but cut cleanly. I am doing some more casting this week. I will post more pictures soon! Thank you everyone for your help and support! :D :D :D

**There are small spots on the "U"s in Future.....but I'm having those fixed with a laser solder. I consider this a win, compared to all that happened before!
