It might set up a little quicker. Least with Optima investment it does.

Hi
Six hour simple uv cure with six 8 watt uv lights
38:100 G3D SYNERGY investment
3 hour sit time
12 hours burnout cycle
Casting
I have a small bottle of soluscast.
I'm going to try to cast a full sc tree soon.
Most of your problems is from your investment.Change your investment if you can.

very nice casting

I do believe thin part resin models like those are easier to cure , not so long a cure , I say this to say that I believe the thicker the ring , the longer the cure, like a regular halo ring for example might take a little longer ,
no dought , what you are doing works well for you , Keep up the good job , I cant see any grow lines

MAN. you have to stay objective. I d'ont think a minute the bad casting results some people are encountering is due to Plasticast or Prestige Optima™ Investment. They have to step up and get a professional grade LED curing unit. some high definition resins are a pain to cure with a nail box. there is no magic into it. Marc.

As My cure unit is a simple 4 lamps nail box with 2 extra lamps i cant agree that all of bad castings is because of curing.
Its an important factor but investment is important too.
I remember i could cast envision ec500 simply with satin cast. Then i tried yo cast b9 resins with it. I had problem. Then i switched to prestige optima. My castings came out Great. Now im using synergy for my b9 and SC resins. They are coming out good.
Anyway These are my experiences in dealing with resins.
I shared them if it can help. I shared my previous cast completely here :

I'll be glad to read and see your shared experiences here for making our work better.
