these pics are after I did what you just said , I guess this is how SW looks then , just making sure it wasn't bleeding from inaccurate exposure times

Doesn't look like you have any bleed issues there. If you think you do, you can try to lower the exposure a bit.

Hi rsaldivar, I noticed the same issue, the SolusWax resin seemed to be "sweating" a little when I looked at it the next morning. I did rinse it for 20-30 sec in IPA. Emil, are you saying that is normal with this resin?

Are you printing it flat on the build plate? I've tried a couple with SC. Ended up tilting them to print well.

yes flat , all coins have been printed flat , all with 25 - 10 or 20 z printed excellent , I dont think flat is the issue , the reason the 41 - 10z doesn't look as good is because of the 41 , not the flat printing , the soulwax looks like it has water spots on it to me ?

DON'T USE WATER for cleaning or for curing.
, why is this ?? is it because of water solubles in the resin ?

I have been cleaning the SWax in water with dawn. Then in UV box in water. Have not have any real problems. I'll have to try without and no cure to see.

Again. Don’t use water to clean it. Use alcohol only.

mongerdesigns wrote:Regarding cleaning and curing Soluswax:

Clean in 91% ipa alcohol by agitating the prints for about 10 seconds. Recommend having two containers of alcohol. Dirty one and clean one. Agitate for 10 seconds in each.

Dry the prints using compressed air.

NO CURING IS NECESSARY for SolusWax, however about 20-30 minutes under uv lights can be beneficial if you plan on shipping the prints, would like to get rid of the tackiness or have delicate detail (such as filigree). Curing can make the resin stronger so that those fine details don't get damaged by the investment.

Looks like Soluscast i can't use in our country its ban to use IPA :(:(.....i only use water with liquid soap since i have B9 emeraled and soluscast...
