Failed Proto Resin after bulb change
I'm having trouble getting prints to come out. Recently changed the bulb with what I was told was a original factory bulb. I've changed the film and have made sure my resin is thoroughly mixed. Using normal touch points and I bumped the exposure up by .5 and it hasn't helped. The supports will grow but not much after that.
If I switch to turbo mode I'm usually able to get models to print although they come out pretty rough looking.

Use thicker supports and thicker support tips.
Where did you get the bulb from? Usually if they have to mention it's an original bulb, then that means it's not. Original bulbs can only be purchased directly from the manufacturer or as part of the entire lamp assembly from the projector manufacturer.

Re: Failed Proto Resin after bulb change
I followed your link from another thread but it was dead
So we bought a lamp assembly from elsewhere.
After searching through the infocus website today I think I found the correct assembly.

Even without thicker supports though, I feel like the bangle should have continued to print instead of just stopping where it did but I'll give it a shot.

Re: Failed Proto Resin after bulb change
It probably would've printed fine if the failed layers didn't get in the way.

Supports bumped up to 1.5 and the tips are now at .6
I'm still getting the same results

Re: Failed Proto Resin after bulb change
Have you tried printing something else to test? Could be a bad stl or support issues. Check the file in netfabb and then try orienting and supporting differently.

Re: Failed Proto Resin after bulb change
Are you printing 48x27 or 80x45? Your bangle does not look centered on the build plate. Wondering if you are too close to a edge. I would also try rotating the bangle a little so it's not so much straight up.

48x27
I might be able to get more room by rotating the bracelet around the Z but right not that is as horizontal as I can get it.
The problem seems to be where the model meets the supports. It doesn't matter how thick the supports or the connections are or what model I'm growing. All models have been checked and are fine. This is a ring that didn't print.

Re: Failed Proto Resin after bulb change
Stupid question... when you replaced the bulb, did you remove the UV filter?
