Hi George,
Any reason why you want to run a desktop vs a laptop?
We don't recommend using the pc while it's printing, so you'd be tying up your desktop for hours, instead of just getting a cheap laptop to run the machine, while you work on your desktop.

At minimum, I'd say Windows 8 or higher, Intel i3, 4gb Ram, HDMI output, Intel 4000 graphics or higher. I've been told it can work with relatively recent generation Pentiums/Celerons and Win 7 but we've never tried.
The recommended setup is 64-bit Win8.1 or Win10, a quad-core CPU, 8GB RAM, and a graphics card with Direct3D 11 support.
